About

I believe we could all use a big dose of Truth in our lives.

I am:

steady
intuitive
a deep listener
comfortable with discomfort
a believer in magic
empathetic
a guide

What if we could stop shying away from our inner Truth? What if we could all say what we really mean or ask for what we really need? Self care IS caring for other people when you are living what’s real.

When I know I’m hitting truth with a capital T, I can feel it. My eyes water, my heart flutters. I can see it. I can feel it. And I know what I’m looking for.

I'm a wife, mother, healer, teacher, gardener, kitchen witch, creative, white, straight, recovering avoidantcontrolfreakselfignorer.

I value honoring personal capacity, individual differences, beauty in the grand scale+the mundane, and personal truth.

I've formally studied psychology, occupational therapy and Reiki. I am a lifelong learner in most anything that lights up as necessary for the moment. Regarding how I augment my natural abilities to intuit and be of service, I lean in toward somatics, nervous system care, healthy attachment, meditation and imagination. With all that I carry within me, I provide learning and support to women ready to live life feeling more resourced and nourished rather than overwhelmed and misunderstood.

Oh, and I spent 20 years answering the phone as a 911 operator. I more deeply understand the cost of a nervous system collapse than most.

Holding space for people in their worst moments has taught me that we ALL need to learn the skills to be better connected to the signals our bodies send us every second.

All my life I’ve been that person people feel open to share their deepest ‘stuff’ with. They talk, I listen. They feel safe. Wisdom comes. They feel better.

Ten years ago, in the midst of my own personal work, mothering journey, healing path, and professional development as a mentor, I started to see the value of offering who I am as less of a party trick and more of a deliberate offering.

What I discovered was that the more shape I offered, the more impact my gifts held.

Curious cab drivers became impromptu clients. Heartbroken housewives, stressed out sales reps, fried first responders went from being the people I comforted on street corners to the people I lead out of the dark.

Now, instead of talking people through car accidents and acute crises, I help people find their way to living with their feet firmly planted, energetically centered, and able to discover, honor and care for their Truth without flinching.

Let’s begin.
